740 relays and no start 700

I have a '90 740 gl reg./rex. I'm experiencing a no start problem that I am trying to diagnose. There are 2 identical relays on the right side of the engine compartment attached to the coolant ball. One is the radio suppression relay but what is the other? is it a the fuel injector relay? I have codes 3-2-1, 2-2-3, and 1-2-1.
