Engine change - no fuel pressure 900 1992

My mechanic changed the 2.9 liters engine in my 960. The old engine had a crack block and probably run hot. Now when everything is done is no fuel pressure. The engine turns around. Fuses are OK. No 12V to the fuel pump and pressure regulator but works with 12V direct.
