89 Wagon - Weird Fuel(?) problem 200

I'm having a really unusual problem with my wagon.

In the morning(50-60 F), it'll start right up and run fine. However, when I turn off and restart after warmed up, it seems like it's starved for fuel.

I can hold the accel. pedal down halfway and listen the engine rev up then drop off then rev up again then drop off every few seconds.

After 30 seconds or so, everything is great and it'll run like a champ until I shutdown again.

I would appreciate any input on what I can check.

Thanks in advance,

Ed
