exhaust header to manifold 700

Hi All
Well got every thing back together after repairing the broken stud, but have a exhaust leak at the connection between the header pipe and manifold. It looks as though the gasket isn't thick enough. I am wondering if I didn't get it lined up right or if there was another problem? This was the first time I have taken it apart. Any ideas or thoughts would be much appreciated.
