Good Evening

My rear wiper on my wagon is not wiping the window. it only happens when it really cold out. i try to push on the wiper bar so that it stays on the window. do i need to replace the wiper arm? Also the wiper fluid hose in the front leaks. i'm going thru a gallon of wiper washing fluid in like a month.it leaks right where the t connection is. this t connection has a little hole on top of it and is the source of the leak. i think i may hit the trusty ol PNP and grab one.Should this t connection have a hole in it.Does anyone else have the same type of connector on their car. It's the one right over the cap in the rear right side of the engine. Thx for your help.
