FCP Groton parts 200 1993

Just a quick question: I'm about to order parts to do my timing belt (belt, seals, tentioner) and planned to order from FCPGroton, as they are significantly cheaper than anywhere else. I just want to make sure that I'm not going to get screwed with shoddy parts. Have you all had positive/negative experiences with these parts? Or is it worth the extra money to get them elsewhere? Also, I planned to go ahead and do the water pump. At 115K miles, is this a good idea, or should I wait longer and save the money now? Thanks so much!
