240 vs 245 rear springs 200

The rear springs on my 85 240 have always been a little saggy, 2-3in. This seems to be a common problem for the old bricks. My question is, can I swap my springs for springs from a 245? It seems like the springs for a waggon would be stiffer. I know I can buy overload springs from IPD, but if this will solve the problem, I can save a few bucks.
