Help with a Diesel tool!! 200

Help,

Changing the stinkin timing belt... made a tool to
hold the crankshaft and got the big bolt out... now the dealer tells me they do not have the tool you use to hold the camshaft at TDC while changing the timing belt...can I make one??? where does it go on the cam shaft to hold it in the proper orientation!!! Any help from our Diesel guru's would be much appreciated......
