960 Steering wheel removal/replacement 900

My '93 960 has a bad steering wheel that I need to replace. The problem with the current wheel is that the contact for the horn is damaged or broken ( according to the local Volvo dealer). I found a good used steering wheel from another 960. Is there anything special that has to be done to remove the steering wheel? I'm aware of how to correctly remove the airbag. Will the old wheel be difficult to break loose from the column? Any torque settings I should know about?
