finding TDC, for rope trick 700 1989

need to find that, so i can get the new harmonics balancer back on.

looking into the oil cap, is this a way to find?

also, just hoping the key is perfectly in place, becuase the harmonic balancer doesn't want to come off now. such a tight fit.

and has to be tightned about another 1/8 or so on.
