1992 Volvo 940 Turbo Dashboard Lights Wont work.

Hello,

My 1992 volvo 940 turbo has a problem with the lights on the dash, and the backlights on the geat selector and the seatbelt guide lights.

Is this a common problem with this model of car?

Is there anyway that I can narrow down what the problems are? All the fuses have been replace with the proper fuses.

Any help at all would be appreciated.
