240 Gl Power windos 200

I have a 89 Volvo 240. The power window have stopped working. Here is what I have done lately. Fuses ok. Fuse contact okay. Getting [power to the fuses. I took a 12 volt test light and back probed the master window switch. I am getting power but I noticed that I get a buzzing sound when I work the switched when I probe them with the test light. I kinda sounds light the motor running to me, but no window movement at all. This is for all four doors. I suppect that I might have a bad ground some where. Anybody got an idea what to do next? The board has help solve some other mysories of this car so I am hoping it will once again.
