new wire harness...no speedo? 200 1986

Well I finally got around to replacing the VERY biodegraded harness on my project 245 and other than a few detours it is pretty much stock. (I refuse to run the harness THROUGH the intake...or under the harmonic balancer)

Any way everything including the elec. fan conversion seems to be working fine EXCEPT the spedo...it just sits there...I'm wondering if I may have overlooked/goofed somewhere...or if it is most likely unrelated??
