92 240 Wagon conversion from manual to auto 200 1992

I am in the starting phase of converting a sweet 92 Wagon from a 5 speed (no EOD) to an Auto with EOD (I believe it's an AW-70). As a result I have a number of questions:

1: Has anyone done this before?

2: Is the following list of parts that will be needed complete:
AW 70 tranny (got it)
Cooling lines (got it)
Automatic Radiator (got it)
Auto shifter assembly and linkage
Auto pillow block
Auto driveshaft?
Torque converter (got it)
Auto flywheel (got it)
EOD relay and wiring harness (got it)
Different ROM for the ECU?

3: Need a good source for AW-70 rebuild kit... clutches and so on.

4: Will a rear-end differential ratio change be needed? Anybody got a POSI unit for a Dana 30?

I realize that this may not be a cost effective conversion, but when you get one heck of a deal on a super clean 240 wagon, it seems to be worth it. This one is a single owner, dealer serviced, no wrecks, and always garaged.

Any and all input you can provide will be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,
jorrell
