I was casually looking for replacement Injectors for my 88 740GLE (B230F).. Of course, I assumed that the Bosch's were the only game in town..at roughly $90/ea... imagine my suprise when i came across the following link/URL:

In the right-most column, they list Denso Injectors that are a Direct Replacement for various Bosch-equipped Volvo non-turbo's..- mine normally take the Bosch 0280150734 ("black") injectors...
Notice the price for a set of 4 injectors - New ones mind you.. - $116.60 (!) Also note the text that says "..this updated Denso set is an exact replacement. They offer the older engines a refined fuel spray pattern for more efficient fuel economy..."

Has anyone had any experience with these injectors? It would seem a wonderful buy if they do indeed work..- figure this.. you could get an entire set (and potentially better performance) for roughly the price of a single Bosch Injector... "Refined fuel spray pattern", eh?... Hmm....
