Rear window removal and replacement 200 1980

The rear side window has just been replaced thanks Rule 308 for your suggestions. I have a few more details that helped. The coated clothes line is probably the best because it wouldn't rip the rubber as easily as smaller and rougher rope. The bottom of the window goes in first and the lip goes over the edge easily. Your assistant then pushes in the window a bit at a time as you move the lip up the sides and along the top. I ended up just pulling the rubber over with my fingers as the cord I was using cut the rubber. Thats probably why dish soap is used. It turned out to be a 10 minute job. I have the rear to go and all three will be done.
