Anyone with a working D-jet willing to test MAPSensors? 140-160 1973

Haven't worked on the Yellow Peril for a while. We got it running pretty
well, and I transferred it to my grandson Ben, and about the time the weather
got bad, the fence blew down and a few other time-consumers hit us, it developed
some differnt problems. Meanwhile it pushed out an improperly installed
freeze plug, the back one on the passenger side. Some good weather is coming
and I would like to get the thing going again. I have quite a collection
of Manifold Air Pressure Sensors but I would like to deal with one problem
at a time, one of them NOT being "is this MAP sensor any good?".

Therefore I am wondering if any of you would consider, for a reasonable
price, taking a box of them (maybe 5 or less) and installing them on your
WORKING D-jet car, one at a time, and seeing if they do or don't work, or
can be adjusted to work. (Some of them have the cap loose or have a hole
in the cap through which they can be [mal]adjusted.) If you think you might
be interested in such an endeavor, please e-mail me offline. As far as I
know, since Dave sold his 1800ES on ebay, there are no functional D-jets
nearby.

BTW I went down and looked at the car and will have to say I was VERY sorry
to hear that it was going home to Sweden. Apparently the Swede buyer has a
pretty extensive collection of cars including HMMWVs, etc. It was a real
beaut, too good to be taken out of circulation here in Okie-land.
