Broke my headlamp wiper arm 700 1989

I was changing my engine oil yesterday and my son happily took my wrench and hammered my left front headlamp wiper arm. one of the tabs holding the wiper blade is broken. I've tried super glue (cyannoacrylate) but it wouldn't even hold. I'm guessing it might not be plastic.

Any advice?
