1993 Volvo 240 wagon. (146 K)

I have an annoying sqeaking coming from the drive belt area at the front of the B230F engine. All drive belts seem to be tight enough except for the inner alternator belt. It is a bit loose. How do I tighten it up? Also, could this be due to the rubber accessory mount bushing starting to wear out? Any suggestions would be really appreciated.
