I got a heck of a deal($1300) on a 1990 240 w/ 186000 on it. Interior and body are great. i already have a 1988 240 DL w/ 240000 on it that runs great. Here is my question on the 1990. The brake lights, fog lights, back up lights and high mount tail dont work. All other lights work fine. I checked the brake light switch for contact w/ the pedal and it is fine. I did not check w/ ohm meter. I replaced all bulbs and checked all fuses, no blown fuses. The bulb failure light stays on when the lights are on. The bulb failure light is off when the lights are off. Sometimes when I turn on the right blinker the bulb failure light starts blinking. The blinkers work fine. Is there a relay I can replace or any advice to begin troubleshooting. Even the cruise control still works. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
