Estimated replacement interval for strut mount, strut mount bearings?

Looking at changing the struts and haven't been able to find any estimates on how long the strut mount bearings typically last. Sort of assuming I should replace them since I am at 130k, but thought I would ask since it adds $40 to the project. I am assuming that the mounts themselves do not need replaced unless the rubber appears significantly cracked.
