Cam Questions 1800 1972

I have a few basic questions about cams. I�m rebuilding my 72 1800E w/ B20F engine

I read somewhere that a �D� grind is what I should use. Not sure if that is correct.
I guess there are �A, C, D& K� grinds available. Not sure which is the best for a stock rebuild.
Okay it�s time to give your favorite parts place a plug ! Where is the best place to purchase a cam ? IPD ?
