230F engine block for a 230FT cylinder head? 700

I just rebuilt an engine block of a 230F engine (from a 90 240D). And I am getting interested in an 1989 760 Turbo. Just in case the 760 engine has worn out (150K), can I use the 230F engine block for the 230FT? Thanks for any info!
