TRW or Moog? What did I get? 200

Ordered some new tie rods from FCP last week and upon inspection they are Moog branded. A few things that are different from pictures and parts I have seen in person is the spindle is not the darkened and hardened steel, and the lock rings that hold the boot in place are silver and not blue like the TRW ones.

Did I get sent the cheaper stuff?

They are also REALLY tight and almost binding when playing with them by hand... is this normal?
