vinyl dash removal...how do i get this thing off?? 200 1986

hey all, does anyone know how to remove the vinyl dash cover things? i just parted out a diesel and the last thing i want off of it is the vinyl dash..but i dont want to tear it up getting it off. any hints? tips?? Thanks!
