Bilstiens on the back of a 142 140-160

I'm almost done with my suspension. progressive springs, poly bushings, ipd sway bars, all new ball joints tie rods, etc. and Bilsteins. I have the right ones for the 142, ...but the shock bushings are slightly smaller than the pins that they're supposed to mount on on the bottom? (the bottom shock mounts)
Any ideas?
Do I need to make new bottom shock mounts with hardened bolts, spacers, etc.?
or Do I need to ream out the steel sleeve in the bottom of the Bilstien?
