I just bought an 84 240 and there are two things that are bugging me. One is that the rear windows (power) don't work. The front ones work fine but the back ones dont work from the drivers controls or the rear seats. The other thing is a knob on the switch panel on the console. I have no idea what it does. It turns back and forth (Like a rheostat - which it isnt) and has no markings on it. Any ideas?
