I'm missing the bottom black strip (plastic molding - I don't have a better explanation for it???) on the driver's side door. And I haven't found it anywhere. Any suggestions.

PS - My hupcaps seem to be plastic. They are filthy and I've tried cleaning them to no avail. Do I have to repaint them (pale grey) or is there a cleaner (besides elbow grease) that I don't know of.
