aircond blower turn OFF!! 200 1989

hi,

need your help guys.. my 240 air cond blower just turn off this afternoon... i started the car, the blower didnt turn ON... after some distance, it switched ON but the speed was remarkably slow... soon after it started to turn OFF & ON intermittenly and just died... what to check?? could it be the dead motor?? help...
