where to buy a new clutch from? 200

my 240 gl is in desperate need of a clutch. i cant afford to have a shop do it, so im gonna do it myself. Where is a good place to buy a clutch at, and is it worth it to put a stock clutch in, or upgrade to something like a spec clutch?


finally, any pointers for me on this from those of you that change your own clutches?
