OK, all you experts; this one has to be unique.

Just bought a 780; sat for a year and she has some electrical gremlins.

When I turn on the headlights; the windshield wipers turn on.

Symptoms:
a) Headlight on right side (high and low beam) are very dim/weak.
b) Wipers and kidneys work; and horn works but is very weak.
c) Right turn signal blinks twivce as fast as right

Hints:
The car had a left front fender collision and rather slap dash repairs.

Preliminary Diagnostics:
Assume the headlight grounds are dirty/weak.

?Anything else that would link headlights to wipers?
