940 front rotors warp 900 1993

Hi, problem with front brakes keep warping rotors these are a few thing i have done
1. greased pins with synthetic grease
2. wd -40 behind boots of calipers
3. factory pads volvo (soft non metallic)
4. brembo rotors
5. cleaned hubs
calipers push back pretty easy don't seem too be frozen boots on caliper good shape tighten lugs by hand should rotors be turned before replacing too give more clearance? any ideas out there I'am stuck
