Tire vibration between 55-60 200 1993

I had a broken stud on the rear wheel and needed to replace the rotors as well. When I replaced the rotor with a new one and replaced the stud with an FCP Groton stud it appears I have a vibration from that wheel. To replace the stud, I was able to 'cheat' and not take off the hub, but feed the new stud back through the hub by removing the parking brake shoes. Then I was able to gradually tighten the nut to press the stud into the hub. But now I notice a vibration that I did not have before driving on the broken stud. I thought it may be the wheel/tire so I swapped it with the front wheel and the problem is still there. You can drive through it, ususally it goes away at 65. Did I warp/bend the hub? How much of a hassle would it be to change it if I did?

Thanks in advance, fellow Bricksters!
