700 turbo, how many miles too many??? 700 1990

I am looking at a 1990 700T wagon with a five speed transmission. It's on e-bay and I cannot drive this vehicle. 2nd owner, claims to have done alot of work, alaims to have reciepts, records etc. I asked about electrical, shocks, and Turbo. This is a southern vehicle so no rust. 270K. Thats a hell of allot of miles on a turbo huh? Anything else I've forgotten? am I insane to even consider a turbo with this many miles on her? Nivomats and motormounts alone could eat the yearly car budget alive. Here's the link: Let me know what you think...
