Does Lucas Upper Cylinder fuel treatment contain teflon and or any other undesirable additives, Please help!! 700

Greetings:

What is the actual primary additives that make up Lucas upper cylinder fuel treatment? Is teflon part of the make up? Please all responses are welcomed!!! Does the fact that it does not contain any solvents make it a good product. Also what is the viscosity of the additive.
