belt noise 900 1991

I have a 91, 940 GLE with 200K miles. Last week my fan belt broke while driving. I drove for 15 min to a garage and purchased a volvo fan belt. I installed it. Belt tension is ok. Now it makes a humming/squelling noise when I start it from cold. It goes away after 10 min.

Any suggestions?
