Turbo oil leak? 700

Hi Gang,

Today I started getting ready for an oil pump swap and after I got the splash guard off, I noticed a fair amount of oil coming from the area of the turbo.

I can't tell exactly where it's coming from but, it looks like a diaphram of some type is satured.

Could it be coming from the turbo oil supply, or should I look elsewhere?
