No Start issue 1990 744 turbo 700 1990

Hello everybody!

Okay so I got a frantic call from a family friend begging for my assistance bc their 744t sputtered and died and will not start.

It's a 1990 744t LH 2.4

So far quickly I've tried to get codes and when hooking up the lead to socket #2 the light stays on. I tried socket #6 and i got a code for a faulty fuel injector relay. I had a spare and replaced it.
I have both spark(white) and the cranks (cam turns)
Fuel pump runs bc the po hard-wired it.
(planning to fix that for them once i read up on how to rewire it.)
Seems the fuse at #1 is missing and the slot is semi-melted... could be a po issue.
I've tried the limp home trick with the amm but that was a no go.
While starting the tach needle jumps.
I've swapped in a newer fuel pump relay
Could it be a fuel injection resistor issue? Or the ECU?
I thought maybe it's a power stage issue but the needle moves,
fly wheel sensor is new (less than 4 months old)

So far I've cleaned the injector grounds and still a no-go

If I crank the engine for 10-20 seconds the engine starts a lil blips up to 1k rpm and then imediately dies.

I put in a new powerstage but still no go.

Socket #2 light is constantly on when i plug in the tester.
I pulled the plugs and they're fouled.

Thanks in advance,
Mark
