No Spark, No Fuel Pressure 200 1987

Having problems with 86-240, and 87-240 both b230f


86- Hooked up fuel pressure gauge no fuel pressure, no spark. Tried a good fuel relay-no difference

87 - No Spark

Questions
1. If you lose spark will it shut down the fuel system??
2. I have checked 25 amp fuse in battery area but do not know how to test the rest of the ignition system.
