Finally got a B23E! Sweet!....one question tho.... 200

Hey guys! my ever evolving (taking too long) 200hp n/a project is well underway, I have had my brother do an incredible port job on my B21F head and want to know if I can bolt this onto my just aquired B23E block? both engines use the CIS injection ( I am junking the injection and am using 2 44mm mikunis)and would like to know before I spend a bunch of hard earned money on rebuilding the B23E (420k km and still good compression!). Any help and or recommendations would be much appreciated.
