Help with 1995 940 Front Fog Lights (unusual setup?) 900

Hi all,
I recently replaced my bent-frame grungy-grey 1990 740 wagon and picked up a rather nice fire-engine red 1995 940 Wagon from the local dealer. The car had a minor accident which put a little hole in the front bumber skin (not really noticable) but the previous owner did managed to waste both of the front fog lights. The lens is gone on the passenger side and the entire light assembly is gone off the drivery side.

I've been looking for a set of replacements but there seems to be something odd about this setup. The foglight are mounted in/under the front bumper. When ever I look for replacements for this model year, all I can find are the foglights that are mounted between the grill and headlights, nobody seems to have these bumper-mounted fogs. It appears to be a factory job as I have a combined front/rear fog switch on the dash and the wiring harnesses look factory-installed. The surviving mount is enclosed in a plastic "box" attached to the bumber, there is no sign of the other mount, except for a ragged hole in the underside of the bumper. I don't see anything of the surviving side that looks like a standard Volvo foglight mount either... It seems to be held in place by the enclosing plastic box. You can't see it too well in the picture (if the upload worked), but you get the idea where the left light is located

So here are my questions:
Is this an OEM installation or an aftermarket installation?
Any ideas on where can I find the correct replacement lights (aside from the dealer)?
