Brake problems on '89 240 200 1989

When driving, I just recently inheritted a scrubbing noise coming from my passenger rear tire. It definately sounds like the brakes scrubbing. I took of the rotor, brakes, etc. but noticed nothing out of the ordinary. Any thoughts?
