144 body parts swap--compatable years? 2 part question 140-160 1968

Hi everyone. I need to replace the front passenger fender and the hood on my '68 144. Which years of the 144's are gonna be compatable body-wise for me to shop from? We're they all identical or are there only gonna a few years for me to choose from?
Also it has the one piece aluminum grill and I was wondering if it can be swapped with the 3 piece grill. I swapped out my '84 244 headlights with a '79 and it fit perfectly. Will this be the same case, i wonder.
