Relatively simple exhaust question 700 1989

Am doing the entire exhaust on this car and did not buy the donut gasket between the downpipe and the pipe on the front of the cat (3-bolt connector here). FCP lists two of them: one for a car with EGR and one without EGR. I have what appears to be an oxygen sensor on the pipe just behind the cat, but do not know if I have EGR.

Anyone who can help?
