Oil advice for 780 turbo, 20/50 or 10/30 700

I recently bought a 780 turbo (I love it) and I want have the oil changed. The garage I bought it from adviced to go for 20/50 (LA, CA\california, btw.another volvo garage also adviced 20/50 for my 740 GLE). I'm confused now because on this website I read that 10/30 is strongly adviced and 15/40 for extreme conditions. What should I do?

1989 / 780 Turbo (155500 miles)
1991 / 740 GLE (112000 miles)
