My darn oil pressure light 200 1984

I have a 1984 245 with 260,000 miles on it with no major problems until now. recently my oil pressure light has been flashing on at random moments but it is getting progressively worse little by little. I still lose absolutely no oil between oil changes, 5000miles, and it isn't milky or discolored or anything. No oil is found under the car either. I just changed the pressure switch hoping it was the problem, but it wasn't. What are the most commom problems associated with pressure loss? i have the b23. I would like a little direction before tearing into the engine, no reson to tear apart anything fuctional. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
