Enemic 9004 bulbs 700 1991

Both my bricks (91-740 & 940 T wgns)have the enemic 9004 bulbs (1200 lumens.
Do the Osram/Sylvania Superstars or the Phillips Visionplus improve anything?
With all the sleazy sellers humping pretty blue lights etc., has anyone had any good results w/ certain bulbs?

I am putting in new lenses as the originals are pretty cloudy.

Anyone know of a budget priced retrofit/DIY to H4 bulbs or others?
