Is Walmart Super Tech Dexron III any good for my AW 70 trannies, or is it waxy junk? 700

Greetings:

I just flushed both of my trannies from the upper cooling line, and i must tell you the fluid looked somewhat brownish red. I have been only doing drain and refills every 5,000 miles prior to flushes, whaich i shall do from now on! But my question is regarding Walmart's Super Tech Dexron III ATF. Is it junk and or low quality cheap base stock candle wax? Or is it fairly decent fluid for the money? I want to eventually convert over to synthetic ATF, however i opt for a good mineral based ATF for the moment. Are there any other high rated and or under rated mineral based ATF fluids on the market? Also what is the best Synthetic ATF on the market?
