Rear shock rubber bushings 700

I just replaced all four shocks on my '90 740, and in the rear, the top mount rubber bushings that were on the old shocks were compressed and not much help for the new ones, so now I hear them rattling around when I drive. Tried several local parts stores here in Hawaii and no one carries them- are they dealer only parts, or does anyone know where you can buy online? (should they have been included with the new shocks-KYB's)
