Starts properly then dies when put into gear for the first time(automatic tranny), then runs fine upon restart! 200 1986

1986 240, 190,000 miles. USA.

Upon first start-up, after having sit for several hours (all night, for example), she starts just fine, then, upon shifting into reverse (automatic) she dies. Restart her and she does just fine. Also, upon coming to a stop at signal lights or when sitting idling, she will "hiccup" frequently, she doesn't die, just acts like she wants to, for just a second, then runs good until she does it again. Also, sometimes when starting off from a standing start, she acts like she doesn't have any power, she will just barely pull away from a standing start, put her in neutral, shut the engine off, then restart, put her in "Drive" and drive away, just like nothing happened.

Replaced:
In-tank pump and filter
Main fuel pump and filter
Idle motor/valve
Fuel pressure regulator
All the bad wires in the harness (alt, oil pressure, starter solenoid, etc.).
Knock sensor
Distributor cap, ignition wires, spark plugs.
Resoldered fuel pump relay.

Have not replaced:
Oxygen Sensor
MAS
ECU (the one on the passenger side, inside, under the kick panel).
Ignition Control Module (the module that is mounted near the windshield washer tank on the passenger side front fender well, up front, the one with the vacuum advance vacuum line attached)

Have checked/cleaned:
All fuses
All connectors (MAS, ECU, ICU, Fuel pumps, Idle Switch, 25amp inline fuse).

Help?
